Description: Gene expression level of Aspergillus fumigatus CEA17_ΔakuBKU80 during germination in two different mediumOverall design: Two media (GPA and MM) with three different replicates per medium This comparison was based on germinated conidial samples with similar germ tube length which are reached at different times of germination for these two media. At these two time points, the germ tube stopped to grow in GPA (but the fungus is still alive) while the germ tubes continue to grow in MM.
