Project name: The analysis of gene expression profile in rabbit retinal vein occlusion model.

Description: The rabbit retinal vein occlusion (RVO) model is one of the experimental systems that mimic retinal ischemic diseases. This model is widely used as an evaluation system for various surgical procedures.We focused on the gene expression profiles of the rabbit RVO model and considered about the validity as an ischemic model.Overall design: To analyze the ischemia-induced gene expression change, we performed microarray using RVO sample and untreated control sample.
