Description: Sequenced cDNA to obtain the transcriptome of 4 Parrya nudicaulis samples. Samples are as follows: purple flowered young bud, white flowered young bud, purple flowered bud, white flowered bud. Each sample consists of a pool of 3-5 individuals with the same petal color and developmental stage. Reads have been submitted to the sequence read archive under accession #SRA028419. Consensus sequences from the samples will be submitted with annotations.
