Project name: Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale isolate:ORT3331-2017

Description: This study demonstrates the potential of whole-genome sequencing for rapid detection and characterisation of etiologic agents found in clinical samples. We were able to detect and characterize Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale in tracheal swab collected from chicken. Furtheremore, a novel N4-like Prophage was recovered from sequencing set.
