Project name: Neurod2 RNA-Seq

Description: Neurod2 expression was knocked down in primary cortical neurons from mouse and RNA-Seq was performed.Overall design: Two separate shRNAs against Neurod2 (shNEurod2-1 and shNeurod2-2) and a non-silencing shRNA (NS) were transfected into primary neurons prepared from E14.5 mouse cortex at plating by the nucleofection method, total RNA was extracted at 4 days in vitro and total RNA was prepared for RNA-Seq analysis.
