Description: Genomic DNA was a pooled sample consisting of eight strains (ATCC 36624, SCJ2, SCJ3, P005, WB22, GA11, GA51, and BUD23). The objective of this project was to utilize 454 pyrosequencing to identify putative SNPs in a pooled sampled of DNA from eight different isolates. All raw and assembled data is from this same pooled sample of DNA.
