Description: assembled from ESTs available in dbEST; obtained from various tissues from one Malaysian animal (thymus [QthA, Lib.24021, n.66], spleen [QspA, Lib.23009, n.83], bone marrow, [QbmA, Lib.22708, n.72] and liver [QlvC, Lib.22707, n.88]). EST sequences were aligned by means of CLUSTALW 1.83 system of DDBJ (Thompson et al. 1994) and consensus were built.
