Description: We report differential expressed genes in HepG2 cells treated with control, E2, or an ER agonistOverall design: Methods: HepG2 cells treated with control, E2, PPT, or DPN for 48 hours. mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicates, using Illumina NextSeq2000 sequencing system. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript level with DESeq2.
