Description: Activated vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) plays vital role in the progression and stability of atherosclerotic plaques. And pathological change of VSMCs could reflectedd on dynamical alteration on transcriptome level. Rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) was utilizded to explore this change under oxdative stress. Rabbit VSMCs was treated with ox_LDL for 48h (n=4), and control group was left with no treatment (n=4). The RNA-seq was performed using Illumina platform.
