Description: Phage genomic DNA isolated from purified phage particles. A clone library using MseI digested phage DNA was created, and genome sequencing was performed commercially by Fidelity Systems, Inc. using a combination of traditional Sanger sequencing and a modified reaction chemistry utilizing ThermoFidelase and Fimer technology for direct phage genome sequencing.
