Description: Corynebacterium aurimucosum. Corynebacterium aurimucosum has been isolated from a number of clinical samples including blood and infected bone, however it is not known what role this organism may have in the development of disease. This organism is also isolated from healthy female urogenital tract samples and is considered part of the normal microbial community.
