Description: Though this data, we firstly investigated the trait inheritance of resistance to aphid in an intraspecific F2 population, secondly identified and mapping major QTL conferred aphid resistance based on bulked segregation pool resequencing, including developing highly reliable molecular markers applicable for marker-assisted selection, finally discussed the candidate functional genes locating the linked QTL regions.
