Description: The Genoscope together with Podospora anserina project collaborators sequenced over 50,000 ESTs from seven cDNAs libraries. The libraries represent different stages of the Podospora anserina life cycle. The resulting ESTs mapped on the genomic sequence correspond to over 5,848 genes.
