Project name: Haemophilus influenzae HK1212
Description: Haemophilus influenzae strain HK1212. This strain came from an Australian patient with Brazilian purpuric fever-like symptoms. Haemophilus influenzae strain HK1212 was isolated in central Australia in 1986 from a child with characteristic symptomology of Brazilian Purpuric Fever. The reads are derived from sequence captured after subtractive hybridization procedure. Therefore, this is a partial sequence of the HK1212 genome.
