Description: We explored the expression profile during DC differentiation from peripheral monocytes and DC maturation induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Overall design: RNA samples of human peripheral blood monocytes, monocytes differentiated immature and mature DCs from the three donors with equal amount were mixed together to get monocyte sample, immature DC sample and mature DC sample.
