Description: Whole genome sequencing of EAI3 strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical isolate from Tamilnadu, India was performed using paired read sequencing on Illumina Hiseq 2000. A reference assembly has been generated by mapping reads to the genome of the reference strain of M. tuberculosis H37Rv.
