Project name: biofilm metagenome

Description: Snottites are extremely acidic (pH 0-2) biofilms that form on the walls and ceilings of H2S-rich caves. We investigated the community composition, metabolic potential, and biogeochemistry of these biofilms using metagenomics in combination with full-cycle rRNA and other methods.
