Description: To understand the different cold response between Vitis vinifera and Vitis amuresis, we designed the experiment of two pairs of cold-treated (CT) and non cold-treated (NCT) to identify the significant differently expressed genes (DEGs). By comparing the DEGs in two sample, revelent responsing pathways were found.
