Description: A mapping population consisting of 180 offspring derived from female plant '52-225' (‘93-968’ (P. trichocarpa) × ‘ILL-101’ (P. deltoides)) and the male plant ‘D109’ (P. deltoides) was used in the construction of poplar genetic map using AFLP and SSR markers.
