Description: The Biozentrum, University of Basel, Switzerland, in collaboration with the Duke University, Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, is sequencing the Eremothecium gossypii (anamorph: Ashbya gossypii) strain FDAG1 genome using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. This wild strain was isolated from Oncopeltus fas.
