Project name: Pinus tabuliformis

Description: Chinese pine (Pinus tabuliformis Carr.) is a widespread indigenous conifer species and an economically and ecologically important hard pine in northern China. In order to compensate for the lack of genomic information in P. tabuliformis, large scale transcriptome data were obtained by next-generation sequencing platform. This data set provides a useful resource for advancing research on the evolution, adaptation and development of conifers.
