Description: Metagenomics of murine microflora were evaluated as a result of treatment with Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis and/or Lactobacillus animalis (NP-51) in a time course study. Colon tissue - containing feces - was collected from Balb/c mice treated with or without MAP and/or probiotic at different time points.
