Project name: Stutzerimonas stutzeri KOS6
Description: A draft genome of Pseudomonas stutzeri strain KOS6, a diazotrophic isolate from chemical hydrocarbon sludge. It was isolated in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia in 2011. The KOS6 genome contains a number of genes which are important for phytoremediation technology. This genes are involved in plant growth promotion, resistance, aliphatic, aromatic and polycyclic hydrocarbons degradation.Four different libraries for Ion Torrent system including two mate-paired libraries with inserts 3.5 kb and 4.5 kb were constructed and used for denovo assemblyng and scaffolding
