Description: The mosquito guts accommodate a complex microbial community, which has profound impact on mosquito life traits. Enterbacter sp. is one of the dominant residents in the gut community. As a part of efforts to characterize mosquito gut microbiome, we isolated and sequenced an isolate of Enterobacter sp. from mosquito gut content.
