Description: Effects of chronic exposure of antibiotics (Sulfamethoxazole, Tetracycline and Erythromycin) were evaluated, for which a total number of six chronic reactors were set and investigated on different days throughout the study. Pyrosequencing data revealed the population composition of the reactors under the influence of antibiotic substances.
