Description: The ESTs (Expressed Sequence Tags) are derived from a cDNA Library supplied by The Department of Infectious Diseases and Immunology of Utrecht University. The cDNA was prepared from mRNA extracted from an asynchronous in vitro culture of B. bovis strain C61411, in bovine erythrocytes. Approximately 13,000 ESTs were generated, representing about 2600 genes.
