Description: We use HiSeq sequencing on total DNA. Sequences will be assembled to reconstruct complete plastid genome and a full nuclear ribosomal unit of Sartidia perrieri. This species is a very rare endemic grass species from Madagascar. The species is even considered as extinct and has never been observed by a botanist during the last century.
