Project name: Exome_sequencing_of_the_Nrbp1_tumours

Description: We have developed a mouse model whereby we can conditionally delete the Nuclear Receptor Binding Protein 1 (Nrbp1) in the mouse intestine. From these mice we have collected tumours. In this experiment we will sequence the exome of these tumours to identify mutations that co-operate with loss of Nrbp1 in tumorigenesis. . This data is part of a pre-publication release.
