Description: To identify linked markers for resistance genes to Phytophthora infestans, we sequenced the transcriptome from bulked resistant and bulked susceptible Solanum berthaultii from a segregating population. We identified SNPs, from which we could generate CAPS markers. Unfortunately, this approach did not result in linked markers and no coverage was found in R-genes.
