Project name: Comparative study of Clostridium difficile

Description: A comparative study of Clostridium difficile strains differing in pathogenicity and year if isolation. The strains were all clinical isolates with distinct virulence phenotype. Using genome sequencing technologies the isolates were fully sequenced and the resultant data analysed with hope of elucidating the genomic cause of the differing virulence phenotype.
