Project name: Yersinia pseudotuberculosis ST19 from Russia

Description: This project covers the draft genome sequence of five Yersinia pseudotuberculosis isolates and of a variant from one of the five isolates. The total length of assemblies ranged from 4,226,485 bp to 4,274,148 bp, and from 3,808 to 3,843 coding sequences were predicted within the genomes. These are the first genomes from Y. pseudotuberculosis sequence type ST19.
