Project name: Aspergillus fumigatus

Description: To characterize how A. fumigatus responded to AfuCV41362 infection, we performed RNA-seq analyses to compare gene expression between virus-infected and virus-free strains at two distinct time points: just before the start of swelling (4 h after the start of incubation in PDB medium, a stage referred to here as the 4-h swelling stage) and at the hyphal stage (day 6).
