Description: This dataset contains spatial transcriptomics data of mouse olfactory bulb generated by Stereo-seq (Space Enhanced Resolution Omics-Sequencing) technology, originally produced by BGI Genomics. The data was derived from the mouse organogenesis spatiotemporal transcriptomic atlas project (Chen et al., Cell 2022, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2022.04.003). This specific version was provided directly by BGI and independently archived here to ensure reproducibility of the computational analyses described in our study "Accurate, Scalable and Cross-platform Cell Identification for High-resolution Spatial Transcriptomics".
