Description: This dataset contains single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data generated from mouse superior cervical ganglia (SCG) under control conditions and following vascular smooth muscle-specific deletion of Ntn4. The study was designed to investigate how vascular smooth muscle-derived Netrin-4 contributes to the maintenance of adult sympathetic neurons and neurovascular sympathetic junctions. Nuclei were isolated from SCG tissues collected from wild-type control mice and from conditional knockout mice at defined post-deletion time points. The resulting dataset was used to identify major SCG cell populations, characterize sympathetic neuronal subtypes, and examine transcriptional changes associated with loss of vascular Netrin-4.
