Description: This project presents 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data from human cervical tissues, including 8 cervical cancer samples and 5 normal controls. The V4 hypervariable region was amplified using primers 515F/806R and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The dataset enables comparative analysis of intratumoral versus normal tissue microbiota, supporting investigations into bacterial associations with cervical carcinogenesis.
