Description: In this dataset, we utilized db/db mice, a spontaneous model of type 2 diabetes, where Diabetic Kidney Disease is a common microvascular complication. We performed spatial transcriptome sequencing and single-cell transcriptomics on kidneys to evaluate the therapeutic utility of the total flavonoids of Abelmoschus manihot (L.), with irbesartan as a positive control for Diabetic Kidney Disease. This revealed key renal receptors and regulators underlying TFAs therapeutic action against DKD and thereby may provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of A. manihot (L.).
