Description: Human THP 1 cells were respectively knocked out of PPARa, d and g using CRISPER CAS9 technology. After being induced into substitution-activated macrophages by PMA, IL 4 and IL 13, they were compared with wild type macrophages. Meanwhile, wild-type cells were treated with 100 uM concentrations of PFOS.
