Description: This project includes second- and third-generation raw metagenomic sequencing data obtained from pond water, sediment, and intestinal contents in three freshwater aquaculture systems: grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis), and crayfish (Procambarus clarkii). In each system, intestinal contents were collected from the corresponding cultured species.
