Project name: MASTL Triggers Lenvatinib Resistance in HCC

Description: To investigate the mechanisms of lenvatinib resistance, we developed two lenvatinib-resistant cell lines, i.e., PLC/PRF/5-R (PLC-R) and MHCC97H-R (97H-R). We conducted comprehensive transcriptome sequencing analyses of lenvatinib-resistant cell lines (PLC-R and PLC-R) and patient tissues to identify critical genes and proteins associated with lenvatinib resistance. Then we chose MASTL for our further investigations.
