Description: Dendrobium porphyrochilum (Orchidaceae) is an important ecological plant. This project reported the chromosome level reference genome of Dendrobium porphyrochilum based on PacBio, Illumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecological function of Dendrobium porphyrochilum and the evolution of Orchidaceae.
