Project name: Dietary timing induces diurnal oscillations of gut microbiota in rheumatoid arthritis
Description: Mice were maintained in the specific pathogen-free environment on a 12:12-h light/dark cycle (ZT0, 6 am, light on; ZT12, 6 pm, light off) and were used for collagen-induced Arthritis (CIA) experiments. For feeding time restriction experiments, CIA mice were given access to food only during the light phase (ZT0-ZT12) or only during the dark phase (ZT12-ZT24) for 4 weeks until the end of this experiment.
