Project name: single cell RNA sequencing and 5'RACE TCR sequencing of patients with JORRP

Description: 1. To provide a deeper insight into T cells in JORRP, we performed scRNA-seq using JORRP papilloma tissues (n = 3), JORRP blood sample (n=1) and HC blood sample (n = 1). 2. To provide a deeper insight into TCR in JORRP, we performed 5'RACE TCR sequencing using JORRP papilloma tissues (n = 7), JORRP blood sample (n=10) and HC blood sample (n = 7).
