Description: There is an urgent need to find new and reliable biomarkers for early identification and diagnosis of lung cancer. High stemness index scores may be associated with poor survival of lung cancer. In lung cancer, most studies on mRNAsi index are based on tumor tissues, while the mRNAsi-related expression signatures based on cell-free RNA (cfRNA) are still unknown.
