Description: Background: The Schizopygopsis younghusbandi is a unique plateau fish in Tibet Yarlung Zangbo river basin, which has high ecological and economic value. Although artificial culture can improve and protect Schizopygopsis younghusbandi, there are few studies on the relationship between intestinal microbiota and metabolism after artificial culture. Objective: The purpose of this paper was to analyze the intestinal microbiota diversity and composition of culture Schizopygopsis younghusbandi and its correlation with fecal SCFAs and intestinal metabolism, so as to provide a new strategy for improving the effectiveness of culture.
