Description: IgAN is the most common primary glomerulonephritis, however a more thorough understanding of the immune process and an applicable noninvasive diagnostic method are still needed. Extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) involved in multiple biological processes and may act as a biomarker. The aim of this study is to identify the characteristics and potential function of eccDNA in IgAN.
