Description: Rice is one of the world's most important staple crops. A high-density genetic map was constructed by whole-genome resequencing of 208 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from the hybridization between the elite parents R8605 and ZP37 using Illumina NovaSeq 6000. WGS of RILs in the project provides the foundation for a better understanding of the molecular basis of phenotypic variation, gene mapping and cloning, accelerate breeding utilization and variety improvement.
