Description: Three generations of HiFi and HiC sequencing were performed on M.acuminata Cavendish, and de novo assembly was conducted using the sequencing data. Chemical mutagenesis was performed on M.acuminata Cavendish, and materials with fusarium wilt resistance were screened for second generation resequencing.
