Description: Qinhuangdao sea area is an important sea area in China, and also a valuable place to study biodiversity and ecological processes. In this project, we used a meta-coding approach (18S rDNA gene and 16S rDNA gene) to investigate the diversity, assembly mechanisms and coexistence patterns of planktic microbiome in QHD waters.
