Description: Sputum samples were collected from AECOPD patients and healthy volunteers in Inner Mongolia, and airway microecology was analyzed by 16SrDNA high-throughput sequencing technology. From the analysis of alpha diversity, beta diversity and LefSe difference, the airway microecological characteristics and differences between healthy people and AECOPD patients were revealed.
