The study of SNX27 in intellectual disability

Description: This project includes two experiments: (1) RNA-Seq of mus musculus_5-week-old male SNX27 R196W knock-in mouse hippocampi; (2) RNA-Seq of mus musculus_SNX27 R196W knock-in mouse primary astrocytes. The details of these two experiments were described as follows: (1) RNA-Seq of mus musculus_5-week-old male SNX27 R196W knock-in mouse hippocampi: Transcriptomic analysis of 5-week-old WT and Snx27KI/KI male mice. Purified total RNA from hippocampal tissues was used for RNA-seq preparation. cDNA library construction and sequencing were performed by Novogene Co., Ltd using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer. In addition to the raw data suffixed with .fq.gz and .bam, two other files were also incorporated into the file named "other" in the dataset, including "1-SNX27_R196W_KI_mouse_RNA-Seq_FPKM.xls" and "2-SNX27_R196W_KI_mouse_RNA-Seq_Read_Count.xls".The sample accession number is from CNS0505141 to CNS0505150. (2) RNA-Seq of mus musculus_SNX27 R196W knock-in mouse primary astrocytes: Transcriptomic analysis of primary cultured WT and Snx27KI/KI mouse astrocytes. Purified total RNA from hippocampal tissues was used for RNA-seq preparation. cDNA library construction and sequencing were performed by Novogene Co., Ltd using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer. Two files were incorporated into the file named "other" in the dataset, including "3-SNX27_R196W_KI_primary astrocyte_RNA-Seq_FPKM.xls" and "4-SNX27_R196W_KI_primary astrocyte_RNA-Seq_Read_Count.xls". In the Excel datasheet, WT = Wildtype mouse primary astrocytes, Homo = Homozygous SNX27 R196W knock-in mouse primary astrocytes.
